Our Story
Four Decades of Precision
1983
Founded by Mr Foo Jong Kan
Colombo Plan Scholar and First Class Honours graduate from UNSW. Established to serve Singapore's engineering survey sector.
1993
Land & Strata Surveys
Expanded into land and strata title survey work as Singapore's property development landscape surged.
1999
First CPL in Singapore
Received the Land Surveyors Board's very first Corporate Practice Licence under extraordinarily stringent conditions.

Government-registered (EPU/Ser34-S7 & EPU/Ser33-S7), SISV corporate member, BizSAFE 4 certified. Equipped with GNSS and 3D laser scanning.

All our field surveyors are Registered Assistant Surveyors with the Land Surveyors Board, Singapore.

Mr Foo Jong Kan
Managing Director & Registered Surveyor (#34)
Colombo Plan Scholar, graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1978 with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Surveying. Registered Surveyor under the Land Surveyors Act (Cap 156). Started his career at the Jurong Town Corporation before founding the current firm. Former Strata Title Board member, SISV member.
Mr Martin Ang Phar Teng
Executive Director & Registered Surveyor (#73)
Graduate of the University of Tasmania in Bachelor of Surveying. Started his career at Lee Boon Haw Surveyors in 1993. Contributed to the Integrated Land Information Service (INLIS) project at the National Computer Board. Registered Surveyor since 2002. Former RICS member; currently a SISV and Singapore Computer Society member.

Mr Wilson Cheng
Registered Surveyor (#108)
30 years of experience in land surveying & mapping. Joined us in 2025. Liaises and coordinates with clients and authorities on cadastral surveys, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Mr Fang Kok Sum
Technical Consultant
Certificate of Merit and Gold Medal holder, Diploma in Land Surveying from Singapore Polytechnic. Formerly our Technical Manager; now serves as Technical Adviser, guiding younger colleagues. Has led our team in completing numerous strata development projects including multi-tier mixed developments.
Mr Yu Jiangcheng
Survey Manager
Graduate of Hohai University in Hydraulic Structure Engineering. With us since 2000, in charge of field survey teams. Gold Award holder for Outstanding Performance, BCA Academy Diploma in Geo-Spatial Information & Technology (2021).
Ms Ser Pung Lah
Project Manager
Over 30 years in professional land surveying. Manages client quotations, survey schedules, and project coordination.
Mr Alvin Tang Chee Wai
Geomatic Manager
Over 30 years of land survey experience. Specialises in survey computation and is in charge of overall survey computation and drafting.
Mr Kuan Shee Cheong
BIM Manager
Over 24 years in land surveying. Leads 3D laser scanning and modelling team since joining in 2022.
