Building Diligence Survey
The following buildings were done:
1. Year 2003 – Capital Tower, 6 Battery Road
2. Year 2004 – HSBC Bldg
3. Year 2005 – DBS Towers 1 & 2
4. Year 2005 – Somerset Liang court, Somerset Grand Cairnhill, Somerset Orchard, Portofio
5. Year 2009 – Robinson Point
Generally in such projects, registered surveryors are required to carry out the following scope of works and then produce the reports within a short span of time (approx. within 10 to 14 days):
a. GFA, Nett lettable areas
b. encroachments, encumbrances
c. reading. studying and analysing existing records/plans supplied
d. searches relevant records from the authorities (URA, BCD, SLA etc)
