Mr Foo Jong Kan, Managing Director & Registered Surveyor (#34)
Mr Foo is a Colombo Plan Scholar, he graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1978 with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Surveying. He is a Registered Surveyor under the Land Surveyors Act (Cap 156). Starting his career with the Jurong Town Corporation as a Land Surveyor, he left to start the current land surveying and geospatial firm. He had previously served as a Strata Title Board member & is currently a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
Mr Martin Ang Phar Teng, Executive Director & Registered Surveyor (#73)
Mr Ang is a graduate from the University of Tasmania in Bachelor of Surveying. He started his land surveying career at Lee Boon Haw Surveyors Pte Ltd in 1993. Following his Geospatial degree in 1996, he joined the then National Computer Board as a systems analyst. He had assisted in the Integrated Land Information Service (INLIS) project. He has been a Registered Surveyor since 2002. He was a professional member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Currently a SISV member and a member of Singapore Computer Society.
Mr Fang Kok Sum, Technical Consultant
Mr Fang is a Certificate of Merit and Gold Medal holder of Diploma in Land Surveying from Singapore Polytechnic. He was our technical manager assisting in the coordination of overall workflow to ensure proper and timely completion of projects undertaken by the company. Today, he is our technical adviser sharing his knowledge and experiences to guide our other younger team of colleagues. He has successfully led our team to assist many developers in completing many strata development projects including multi-tier mixed development.
Mr Yu Jiangcheng, Survey Manager
Mr Yu was a graduate of renowned Hohai University in Hydraulic Structure Engineering. He has been with us since year 2000, in charge of our field survey teams. He was also a Gold Award holder for Outstanding Performance in the BCA Academy Diploma in Geo-Spatial Information & Technology in 2021.
Ms Ser Pung Lah, Project Manager
Ms Ser has more than 30 years of experiences in the professional land surveying business. She liaises with our clients on providing quotations, arranging survey schedules & other project works.
Mr Alvin Tang Chee Wai, Geomatic Manager
Mr Tang has more than 30 years of land survey experience. he specialises in survey computation and is in charge of overall survey computation and drafting.
Mr Kuan Shee Cheong, BIM Manager
Mr Kuan has joined us in 2022 but he has over 24 years of experience in land surveying works. He leads our 3D laser scanning and modelling team.
